We are happy to refund any item within 30 days as long as its in orginal unused condition, and returned to us, please note for returns we will not refund postage costs, and you will also be liable for any import taxes or charges that may occour during the process.
In the unlikely event of damage during postage, (please note) we will need to know within 24 hours of you signing for the parcel, otherwise we may not be able to claim against our courior service, all parcels are insured and sent signed for. We will need a description and detailed photos of the outside of the package and the product itself to process any claim.
In the even more unlikley event of a product issue, as long as the knife has been used correctly and cared for following our instructions we will look to rectify any issues which may arrise in the reasonable lifetime of the product. This may be by way of advice, a fix at our workshop, or replacment where possible of the product. Please note all products will need to be shipped back to us for apprasal, if the issue is due to material or workmanship we will rectify as above, if its by misuse or mistake we can quote to repair where possible (please follow our care guides).
